I'm glad the water posting was helpful for some of you.  I think I am getting use to this :)

How is the water challenge going?  Ready to move to 5 glasses a day?  It does take discipline but it is part of the journey.  Another suggestion is to get a pitcher, fill it every morning with water and challenge yourself to finish the pitcher by the end of the day.  Another suggestion:  You can also get a fun glass or crazy straw to make it more "entertaining". You can do it.

One thing I forgot is inspiration.  In the manual, there will be inspirational quotes and scripture passages to memorize especially during your exercising/stretching.  The reason you memorize passages and quotes is to keep you focused and they will be helpful when a storm comes or if you have to make a decision.  Below are some quotes to memorize and tomorrow I will put scripture verses.  I would suggest that you put them on cards and keep in your purse, bag or cell phone to keep and refer to often.
